The mist polisher machine utilizes high-pressure water mist to create a smooth and stable surface on the rice within the polishing chamber. This frictional effect between the rice and rollers ensures a clean and polished appearance.
To prevent shutdowns due to excess water or feedings, the machine is equipped with an automatic water control device. It shuts down the pump automatically in case of non-feedings or excessive feeding, reopening once the volume reaches a certain point.
The equipment features easy operation and maintenance, with controls conveniently located on the front panel for clear visibility. Quick removal and installation of the screen frame reduce downtime for replacing sieves, while the alternate arrangement of four sieves shortens the time required for screen changes, cleaning, and maintenance, thus improving work efficiency.
All components, including the polishing roller, bushing, screw conveyor, and sieve, are constructed from stainless steel for durability and extended use. This not only extends the lifespan of the equipment but also improves the hygiene standards of the polished rice
