Product Description

The equipment automatically controls the motion sequence, tightening rollers during paddy feeding and loosening them when no feeding occurs, ensuring operational convenience. Tightening pressure between rolls is linearly controlled using a barometer, with digital-regulated display of feeding volume for easy adjustment.

Utilizing color-sorting feeding technology and vibration feeding with a long chute, the equipment achieves high capacity, minimal breakage, and high efficiency. Its synchronous belt transmission without a gearbox ensures low noise and no oil leakage, making it ideal for rice cleaning.

The equipment features a double-supported prop structure for smooth transmission and stable performance. It also employs a vertical air suction duct for separating paddy shells.
