The WPGM series rice polisher, featuring a layout of parallel double cylinders, particularly the WPGM16x2 model, offers significant advantages including large capacity, high polishing degree, and minimal broken rice. Users can flexibly adjust the process according to production needs, making it highly cost-effective and suitable for various types of rice milling plants.
Comprising two sets of independent polishing systems with dual motors and dual-control systems, the machine has a compact structure and requires minimal space. Users can adjust the working conditions of the twin-cylinder according to production requirements.
The newly designed combined polishing cylinder, treated with special surface treatment, is smooth and wear-resistant, ensuring a long useful life. When combined with wear-resistant screens of various types, the polished rice achieves a higher grade with minimal broken rice, increased output, and a brighter and whiter surface, meeting the needs of different grain types in the rice polishing process.
Utilizing multi-positional spray devices with multi-directional throttle control ensures optimal polishing effects. Additionally, the assembly of twin-cylinders can be easily exchanged for maintenance purposes.
