Features:
1. The spraying damping device allows for temperature and volume adjustment, enhancing jet air output for improved rice polishing efficiency.
2. By combining a special bright polishing roller with a smooth stainless steel screen, the rice milling process results in minimal breakage, with polished medium to short-grain non-glutinous rice having less than 1.5% breakage and polished long-grain non-glutinous rice having less than 2% breakage.
3. Throughout the polishing process, only water is added, without any additives, to aid in polishing. This ensures that moisture levels do not increase after polishing.
4. The process significantly improves the aroma and appearance of old white rice.
5.It completely removes rice polishing from the rice surface, creating a sparkling and bright colloidal layer. This layer enhances the rice's shelf life by extending its freshness.
