The Rice Mist Polisher machine, our latest product developed in 2011, is designed to complement rice milling factories. It prioritizes safety, easy operation, and installation, with low noise and a small footprint.
Features:
1. High Pressure Air Spray of Water: Utilizing high-pressure water mist, the machine smoothens and stabilizes the rice surfaces within the polishing chamber. By controlling and adjusting the humidified atmosphere, it enhances and resolves damages and unevenness, ensuring the production of shiny, smooth, and dust-free rice.
2.Water Automatic Controlling Device: Equipped with an automatic water control device, the machine prevents shutdowns caused by excessive water or feedings. If there are no feedings or too much feeding, the pump shuts down automatically, reopening when the volume reaches a certain point.
3.Reasonable Suction System: Operating under full high pressure, the machine's suction system draws air into the polishing zone, creating a loose float chamber for brown rice. This process removes bran and humid air, reducing temperature and humidity to ensure shiny and smooth rice surfaces, suitable for long-term storage.
